I am a little bit nervous because tomorrow we have to present a new strategic plan for Hazel in form of a 10-15 minute PowerPoint presentation. I will explain our task to you briefly, so that you know what I am expected to talk about tomorrow.
We are all members of the senior management team at Hazel. We have been given the task of devising a new strategic plan for the company. We should use the SWOT analysis rubric to analyse and brainstorm ideas to help us prepare the new strategic vision.
We have to include:
- one new product
- a new logo
- new mission statement
- a quarter-page advertisement for a fashion magazin
My part of the presentation will be to introduce the new product and to talk about Hazel's percentage of company sales by key sectors. In order to provide my class with appropriate presentation skills tomorrow, I will try to refer to the video below. I think it could also be helpful to you guys out there, so have a look!
